Yes, within 24 hours of placing it, for a full refund. After that, crafting has already begun and the order can’t be cancelled.

As each piece is made to order, we don’t accept general returns or exchanges — only manufacturing defects or incorrect items, reported within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video.
