  • All product images and descriptions are for reference only; actual products may differ slightly in colour/appearance due to photographic lighting or your device display.

  • All jewellery is sold on "as is" basis.

  • We reserve the right to modify, refuse or cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in product/pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes unless specifically stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be made in full at purchase using our accepted payment methods. We do not offer any credit facilities.

  • We reserve the right to update prices or product listings at any time.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking

  • Orders are shipped exclusively via India Post within India.

  • Customers will receive SMS notifications directly from India Post with tracking details.

  • Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to third-party logistics delays, force majeure, or public holidays.

5. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

  • In cases of undeliverable shipments or cancellations after dispatch, shipping and packaging charges will be deducted before any eligible refund.

  • For damage/defective claims, contact us at contempry.jewels@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery; include order details and supporting photos.

  • Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after our review.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, images, designs, logos, information) is the sole property of Contempry and protected by applicable copyright law.

  • Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute website content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We strive for accuracy, security and uninterrupted access but do not guarantee our website or server will always be error-free, virus-free, or available at all times.

  • The company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of the website or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the laws of India and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Eranakulam, Kerala.
